Lakengren Night tournament.

 

 

The night tournament at Lake Lakengren was a great success. There was a field

of 30 boats. It was a little cool however the bite was on. We took off at 11:00 pm and had our first keeper in the boat within the hour. We weighed in 3 fish one of which was a nice 2 ½ lbs smallmouth. Our biggest fish of the night was a heart pounding 15lbs Arkansas Blue. At night until it’s in the net after quite a few jumps (it’s a bass). At least it gets the blood flowing. All the teams weighed in except 7. Quite a few teams weighed in a limit.
